Ongoing Client Support

Assetz USA offers a fully-comprehensive solution to overseas property investment, supporting you both before and after you make your purchase. Once you’ve found your perfect property, you can view it in person through one of our US property viewing trips. We organise regular property viewings to the US throughout the year, or can be arranged on request to fit in to your schedule.

Most properties are straightforward cash purchases but, in some cases, we can offer competitive rates and finance structures, through our sister company Assetz Finance, which are unavailable elsewhere in the marketplace, so that buyers can obtain the properties they need to diversify their portfolios.

Upon completion of your purchase, you can take advantage of the Assetz’ My Portfolio tool, which will help you track and manage your property portfolio and may even let you know if you can retire earlier than you thought!
